Are the products authentic?
Yes. Every pallet is sourced from verified suppliers — customer returns, overstock and end-of-line inventory from real brands. We do not sell counterfeits. If a listing is a generic or unbranded product, the title says so.
Do you sell single items?
No. We're wholesale-only and sell by the pallet, with half-pallets on some lines. That's what keeps the per-unit price genuinely wholesale.
What condition is the stock in?
Most is brand-new with tags or factory-sealed. Some loads are customer-return mixes. Condition is noted on the listing where the supplier specified it — ask us if you need detail before ordering.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $1,000. Below that it's a flat $150 estimate, and we confirm exact freight for your zip code before you pay. Collection from the warehouse is free by appointment.
What discounts are available?
10% off your first order when you claim it via the welcome offer, and 20% off automatically on orders over $10,000. The higher discount applies when both would qualify.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (fastest to clear), card via a secure payment link, or another method you prefer — tell us at checkout. Nothing is charged on the website itself.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We've shipped pallets across North America, Europe and beyond. Add your country at checkout and we'll quote freight.
Can I visit the warehouse?
Yes, by appointment during opening hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm). Mention it in your order notes or contact us to book a slot.
Is a manifest included?
Some loads are manifested and some are not — it varies by supplier and is noted on the listing where available. Ask before ordering if a manifest is essential for you.
